Returns/Exchanges: No refunds are given. You may receive a store credit for your purchase from once you gain approval for your return. All returns must have an RMA number. Packages lacking an RMA number will be rejected and/or mailed back to you. To receive an RMA number, you must e-mail with your order number and reason for return. If the item(s) meets the criteria, you will be e-mailed an RMA number. Please put the RMA number clearly on the outside of the box you are shipping the item(s) in.
1.  Items must be approved for return and delivered to us within 3 weeks of the purchase date. If 21 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you store credit or exchange. 
2.  Item(s) must be unworn and in the same condition that you received it, with all original tags attached.
3.  Worn or Washed Items, Home + Gifts, Jewelry, Shoes, Intimates, Sale Items, and Accessories are final. Exchanges will not be granted for those items. 
4. To complete your exchange or store credit process, we require a receipt. 
Once your item(s) is received and inspected, we will send you a notification email. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your item. If your item(s) does not meet the above return criteria, the package will be rejected and/or mailed back to you.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. 
We recommend using a shipping service with a tracking number or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your item.
